Shipping & Returns

Return Policy:

We hope you're completely satisfied with your Yurskin products! 

To initiate a return, please email us at info@yurskin.com with your Invoice Number and reason for return. 

We do NOT accept damaged products. Orders deemed returnable, we will issue a return for refund within 14 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be in its original, intact packaging and condition in which it was supplied (original jars/bottles/protection/packaging). Please wrap the products securely/safely before shipping items back to us. 

There will also be a 25% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund. 

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. We suggest that you return the items using a shipping method with a tracking number and request a signature upon arrival. Yurskin is not responsible for returned items lost or broken in transit. 

If a defective or incorrect item was shipped to you, please notify us within 24 hours for an exchange. We will pay for shipping costs.

Shipping Policy:

Yurskin is located in sunny California. We offer Free USPS First-Class shipping on all domestic orders! For international shipping, we use USPS Priority Mail. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. In some cases, internartional packages can be held in customs or not traceable for up to 30-60 days. If this is the case, after the 60 days, we will issue a new package to be sent or refund per the customers choice. 

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. In the event we have an out-of-stock item, you will be notified via email right away. 

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Shipping and may take 1-3 business days after it leaves our facility. 

Orders placed weekends and holidays will be placed the following available business day. We are not responsible for postal or weather delays. 

We cannot guarantee that orders can be modified or canceled, however, please send us an email at Info@yurskin.com if this issue arises.
