Are All Of Your Products Organic?
We strive to use the most effective, natural and organic ingredients whenever possible, so although our products are made of unique, certified organic and natural ingredients, our complete line is not 100% organic due to not every ingredient being certified organic.
What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Products:
The cleansers, toners, scrub, mask, and Bilberry Licorice moisturizer lasts 6 months opened and 1 year unopened. Our anti-aging line lasts 1 year opened and 1 1/2 years unopened.
Do You Carry Any SPF Products?
We currently do not carry any products with SPF, but hope to in the near future.

What happens if I want a Sold Out Item?
Due to popular demand, items may be sold out. Not to worry though, you can pre-order whichever product(s) you’d like and your item(s) will be shipped within 1-4 weeks.
What Are The Instructions To Use All 9 Products?
1) Wash: Apply onto wet skin in circular motions. Rinse and repeat step.
2) Scrub: May be used daily. Massage onto moist skin for 1-3 minutes. Rinse.
3) Tone: Squeeze onto a cotton pad and gently wipe skin (follow after Cleanser, Scrub, and/or Mask)
4) Mask: May be used 2-3 times a week. On cleansed skin, apply on face and neck. Leave product on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Follow with toner and moisturizer.
5) Hydrate: Use daily. Apply moisturizer onto cleansed skin. Allow up to 2 minutes for complete absorption.
6) *In-Lightening: On cleansed skin, pat eye cream around the eye area (apply morning and evening)
7) *Regenerate: Apply 2-3 pumps of serum to face, neck and decollete. Apply morning and evening. Follow with moisturizer.
8) *Youth Capsules: Twist the end of the capsule. Squeeze onto fingertip. Smooth serum over freshly cleansed face and neck morning and night. One capsule is adequate for morning and night. Apply prior to moisturizer. For the full effect, use the product daily for 30 days. After 30 days, you may lessen use to every other day.
9) *Feed: Following cleansing and toning, apply a desired amount of moisturizer onto the face, neck, and around the eyes.

Our mission is to provide safe, powerful, and effective ingredients. We hope you're completely satisfied with your Yurskin products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Yurskin products, you may return a product for refund within 14 days from date of shipment. Item(s) must be in its original, intact packaging and condition in which it was supplied (original jars/bottles/protection/packaging). Items visibly damaged, will NOT be eligible for return for refund. There will also be a 25% re-stocking/shipping fee deducted from the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Also, please wrap the products securely/safely before shipping items back to us. Yurskin is not responsible for returned items lost or broken in transit.
